We think you are going to like our new venue, Tampa, and our new concept for the Exhibit Hall, The Ingenuity Lab!
Participants will enter The Ingenuity Lab by walking past the Registration Desk and turning into the Lab (the doors on the left side of the diagram will be closed, available for exit only – download a diagram to see what we mean). Our sessions will surely spark a hunger bug; participants will pass the majority of our booths to obtain the sustenance to prepare themselves for more sessions. The Silent Auction, Awards Area, and a Cyber Café will keep the Ingenuity Lab busy with traffic, but we’ll further help our attendees visit you by redeploying our “Passport.” Those who complete their Passport will be eligible for trip donated by Gohagan Travel, valued at $5,000. Please remember our theme for this year’s conference is “Ingenuity” and Sunday night’s Ingenuity Lab Reception will also have an Olympic-games slant.

Below are our modest fees, don’t miss out on the optional costs and additional booth arrangements – these solutions might help further distinguish you and drive traffic to your booth.

Beer and wine packages for the Sunday night “Winter in Florida: Olympic Reception” may be ordered directly through the Tampa Waterside Marriott. You may select one of the following two options, for $125 per package:
Grapes & Brews:
12 domestic beers (6 regular and 6 light)
2 bottles of wine (one red and one white)
Vintage:
5 bottles of wine (assorted red and white)
Registration fees for cancellations received, by registered mail, on or before 5 p.m. EST 01/15/2010, will be refunded, less a $150 handling fee. Conference fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on 01/15/2010.
While CASE III will provide on-site security, the exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arriving out of injury or damage to exhibitor's displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises and returned no earlier than the last day of the exhibit show period.
