Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to membersupportcenter@case.org.

Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds due to injury, illness, or inclement weather. A conference

registration payment may be transferred to another member of your institution if the original registrant is no longer able to attend. Only one registrant may attend per registration – swapping badges is not allowed.

Refer to the timeframes below for refund deadlines. Refunds may be made on main conference fees only. Fees for special events or other passes are nonrefundable.

  • Three or more weeks prior to the start of the event: CASE will offer a credit of equal value to

attend another CASE conference, or refund the registration;

  • Between two and three weeks prior to the start of the event: CASE will offer a credit of equal

value to attend another CASE conference, or refund the registration minus a 10 percent cancellation fee;

  • Less than two weeks prior to the start of the event: CASE will offer a credit of equal value to

attend another CASE conference but no refunds allowed;

  • No-shows will not be refunded conference fees.
