How do I know what I registered for at the conference?

CASE sends an email receipt detailing the items you chose during registration. If someone registered for you, make sure they included dietary restrictions, optional luncheon tickets and any volunteer opportunities.

How do I reserve a hotel room?

The Westin Peachtree Plaza is the venue for the annual conference. Visit The Westin Peachtree Plaza to get the special CASE rate of $189 per night. Rooms can sell out; we suggest booking early.

Where can I find all the Conference Information? 

We encourage you to download the conference app, the mobile guide, to enhance your conference experience. From the app, you can plan your day with a personalized schedule, as well as browse exhibitors, maps and general show info. The app is compatible with iPhones, iPads, iPod Touches and Android devices. Download Guidebook from the Apple App Store or the Android Marketplace.

Where do I park at the conference?

For a map, directions to The Westin Peachtree Plaza and parking information please visit the hotel website. Conference attendees will receive a 25% discount on parking. Those staying at the hotel will have the discount automatically applied. Attendees not staying at the Westin can collect a coupon from CASE registration desk on the 8th Floor.

What is the attire?

Business casual for the conference.

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available in hotel rooms, common areas, the exhibit hall and the program session rooms. Password for the meeting spaces and exhibit hall is BBCASE3.

I have food allergies.

We make every effort to accommodate dietary needs when possible. Please alert your server to your preferences. Dietary options will be available only to those who preregistered.

What should I bring?

Business cards, a sweater or light jacket and an umbrella.

How do I volunteer during the conference?

The CASE conference is made possible by the dedication of volunteers. To volunteer, contact Erica Arroyo. If you have signed up to volunteer, check in at the registration desk at the conference.

May I bring a guest?

Guests are allowed at the special event and awards celebration. You may purchase your guest tickets from CASE Member Services at 202-328-2273.

Where can I find samples of publications and fresh ideas?

Stop by the Literature Library in the Exhibit Hall. It’s a great resource for fresh ideas. This year’s award winners will provide samples of their work in this booth. If you need innovative ideas for your marketing brochures, publications, appeals, campaign materials and more, this is a great place to start. Come by early for the best selection.

How do I request a refund?

While we do not believe you would want to miss the conference, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy. Refunds may be made on main conference fees only. Fees for special events and other passes are nonrefundable.

A name change from the same institution is permitted at any time; however, multiple individuals may not attend under one registration.

Refer to the following timeframes for refund deadlines. After the deadline, CASE is unable to issue a refund due to injury, illness or inclement weather. Cancellations must be made in writing by 5 p.m. EST, via fax at 202-332-1964 (Attn: CASE Conferences) or via email at

– Three or more weeks prior to the start of the event, CASE will offer a credit of equal value to attend another CASE conference or refund the registration.

– Between two and three weeks prior to the start of the event, CASE will offer a credit of equal value to attend another CASE conference or refund the registration minus a 10 percent cancellation fee.

– Less than two weeks prior to the start of the event, CASE will offer a credit of equal value to attend another CASE conference but no refunds will be made.

– No-shows will not be refunded conference fees.
