How do I know what I registered for at the conference?

CASE sends an email receipt detailing the items you chose during registration. If someone registered for you, make sure they included dietary restrictions, optional luncheon tickets, your college football team of choice for the special event and any volunteer opportunities.

How do I reserve a hotel room?

The Westin Peachtree Plaza is the venue for the annual conference. Visit the Westin Peachtree Plaza to get the special CASE rate of $189 per night. Rooms can sell out; we suggest booking early.

How do I customize the Special Event for me?

Submit your favorite college football team to customize your experience at the special event to your fan preferences, please click here.

What is the attire?

Business casual for the conference.  School spirit attire is welcome at the Awards Celebration and Special Event.

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available in hotel rooms, common areas, the exhibit hall and the program session rooms.

I have food allergies.

If you did not include dietary restrictions when you registered, email them to casedistrictiii@gmail.com with Dietary Restrictions in the subject line. We make every effort to accommodate dietary needs when possible.

What should I bring?

Business cards, a sweater or light jacket and an umbrella.

How do I volunteer during the conference?

The CASE conference is made possible by the dedication of volunteers. To volunteer, contact Erica Arroyo. If you have signed up to volunteer, check in at the registration desk at the conference.

May I bring a guest?

Guests are allowed at the special event ($50 per ticket) and awards banquet ($75 per ticket). You can order your guest tickets from CASE Member Services at 1-202-328-2273.

How do I request a refund?

While we do not believe you would want to miss the conference, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy. Registration fees for cancellations received on or before 5 p.m. EST Jan. 29, 2018, will be refunded, less a $50 handling fee. Refunds may be made on the main conference fees only. Special events, luncheons, preconference workshops or other passes are nonrefundable. Contact the CASE Member Support Center at 202-328-2273 or membersupportcenter@case.org.

Conference fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Jan. 29, 2018. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances; however, CASE District III policy requires board approval for all refund requests made after the refund deadline. No refunds will be issued due to injury, illness or inclement weather. A name change from the same institution is permitted at any time, but multiple individuals may not attend under one registration. No-shows will not receive a refund for conference fees.
