As the United States experiences the largest inter-generational transfer of wealth in history, many institutions are missing a tremendous opportunity to strengthen themselves by encouraging planned giving. Contributions by will, trust, naming a charity on a beneficiary form, and life-income arrangements all represent forms of planned giving. The workshop features frontline practitioners who are leaders in the field of planned giving, and is designed for directors of development, major gift officers and planned giving officers.
