Organizations selected to present at the CASE District III Annual Conference must: (1) co-present with a District III member institution and (2) register as a Corporate Partner, Exhibitor or Consultant at the conference.
While we do not believe you would want to miss the conference, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: Registration fees for cancellations received, on or before 5 p.m. EST Jan. 15, 2017, will be refunded, less a $250 handling fee. Conference fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on Jan. 15, 2018. Cancellation requests must be submitted to Harriet Laird, CASE District III Treasurer. Refunds will be processed after April 30, 2018.
While CASE District III will provide limited on-site security, the Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arriving out of injury or damage to the Exhibitor’s displays, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises and returned no earlier than the last day of the exhibit show period.
CASE International policy allows the distribution of attendees for the District conference which includes the name of attendee, the institution being represented, title of attendee and address of the institution. It does not allow distribution of email addresses. However, CASE can provide upon request from CASE members. CASE International offers postal and email mailing lists for rent to third parties.
