CASE International is committed to growing the diversity of the advancement profession by helping institutions connect with their diverse constituencies and create future pathways for current and future advancement professionals of diverse backgrounds.
CASE District III supports this diversity initiative and seeks to identify opportunities that foster and promote diversity in the Advancement and communication professionals, focusing on our district. We are committed to embracing our differences in under-represented populations, including but not limited to gender, ethnicity, religious affiliations, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, veteran status, and/or physical and mental capabilities.
We aim to advocate for and provide programming and networking opportunities in support of those colleagues and organizations who seek to create a vibrant diverse work force that properly reflects their organizational culture and institutional values.
To create training, development, and awareness program that supports a diverse advancement pool;
To develop and maintain an active support network for advancement professionals from diverse backgrounds;
To recognize and celebrate those individuals and organizations that represent our ideals.
